We've seen Chinese food therapy work wonders both at home and in the clinic. Food is our medicine. It's the rock-solid foundation of our well-being, each and every day. But, after slogging through confusing Traditional Chinese Medicine texts and boring food lists, we wondered: does tapping into ancient wisdom have to be so damn complicated?
We didn't think so. As rebellious acupuncturists, we decided to shake up our industry by going DIY with TCM. So, we rolled up our sleeves and created Yin Yang Reset, our 21st-century update of ancient Chinese food therapy designed to bring an imbalanced body back into balance.
