The book contains two full chapters on traditional clinical supervision before moving on to strengths-based work in not only clinical supervision, but also agency and organizational work, all from a contemporary strengths-based model. The book is chock-full of vignettes and includes a full chapter with two case studies. This is the next generation of supervision.
