Hunter Muhal is focused on obtaining his special bloods. His ego is bruised, and he wants revenge. He will not relent in his hunt.
While Zane guides one group, Daffonil heads another, and Tamaran and Farrah are left to their own devices. They each seek a way to fight back and warn the country of the insidious evil festering in the western regions. Others are rising to join the challenge.
