Soil and crops are complementary to each other which result the fate of sustainable crop production. In Bangladesh, farmers are not very much aware about soil and crop management in a sustainable means rather they produce crops using excessive chemicals, pesticides etc. Farmer Field School is an extension approach worldwide where a group of farmers become trained up about different aspects of crop production especially soil and crop management. This book, therefore, bases the perception of the FFS farmers about the effectiveness of FFS for soil and crop management. In this book author tried to explore and discuss the effectiveness of FFS and extent of practice of different soil and crop management technologies by the FFS farmers. This small endeavor would be helpful for the extension professionals, practitioners and farmers both FFS and other than FFS farmers. Any kind of comments, suggestions would be highly appreciated.
