Lucy Reid’s classic text on feminist theology is now updated for the 21st century with a new introduction and an additional chapter. Reid draws upon liberation theology and feminist thought to examine the role of women in the church, emphasizing the role of obedience and submission.
She consequently explores the connections between dualistic belief and harmful practices such as: the destruction of the earth''s resources and the oppression of women and minority groups.
