Scarlet's Escape is the second in the Scarlet and Duke Series. Scarlet is headed to be enslaved and forced upon by the royal family.Kidnapped in daylight outside of Jimmy's diner, Scarlet is driven three days to Bucerias, Mexico. She tries several times to escape and ends up with blood on her hands. Finally, arriving in Mexico, Scarlet is held hostage in an abandoned motel. Once again, she tries to escape only to be caught and locked up in a wine cellar...without a corkscrew. Jimmy, Michelle, Vincent, and Duke all descend upon Mexico to rescue Scarlet.
