With the publication of this book entitled "QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CONFORMITY AUDIT - A PRACTICAL STUDY ON CERTIFICATION - ISO 9001: 2005 STANDARD"-, the author intends to provide audit and management control professionals and other practitioners with a series of answers to most of the questions raised concerning Quality Management, Conformity Audit and ISO 9001: 2005 - two concepts used interchangeably, but which are closely linked in terms of their objectives and normative requirements.
