This book aims at discussing the local economic development fundamentals in Iraq as a whole and all its eighteen provinces and analyse frameworks for the near term, with a reference to one of its moderate economic-wellbeing province, Nineveh as a deep case study for expansion. The principle foundations refer starts from the community, through the institutions of the state, its purpose of human development, and receive its priorities from the needy of the local economy to focus on nearby ranges within a framework of plans, programs and policies, of medium and long term.
