March 19, 2003 - U.S. led Coalition forces invade Iraq: To locate and destroy Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, and depose the dictator, Saddam Hussein. Also sent to Iraq was $12 BILLION DOLLARS CASH that was supposed to fund the Coalition Provisional Authority. $9 BILLION DOLLARS of that money was misappropriated and has never been accounted for.
May 1, 2003 - President George W. Bush, on the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, gave a victory speech declaring an end to major combat operations. Bush made this speech while standing in front of a theatrical banner that declared "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" but it was then that the real mission began. What was that mission? Simply put-it was to steal as much as possible of the $12 BILLION DOLLARS CASH.
$12 BILLION DOLLARS in one-hundred-dollar bills was stacked on pallets and weighed over three hundred tons. This massive amount of cash, over a period of fourteen months, was delivered by multiple flights of C-130 military transport aircraft from the East Rutherford Operations Center of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, into the Iraqi war zone. Three-fourths of that money, $9 BILLION DOLLARS CASH, just disappeared into thin air.
NORTHSTAR, the Hollywood feature-film screenplay, provides a plausible explanation for where and how, and to whom, that $9 BILLION DOLLARS was "misappropriated."
