Dorothy Ruffin is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She gives praise and honor to her Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. She obtained a Master of Divinity from Andrews University and undergraduate emphasis in Child and Family Studies from Portland State University. Dorothy served as a teacher, medical assistant, and Chaplain.
