LEAD THE PEOPLE. CHANGE THE SYSTEM.
Systems don't change until you lead the people running them. Too often, leaders focus on metrics, budgets, and restructuring first. True, sustainable transformation only happens when you take care of the people who take care of the results.
This book isn't a theoretical research paper. It is a battle-tested framework written by two daily practitioners. By drawing on their contrasting backgrounds, Zac and Jamal discovered that if a leadership principle works in the rolling river valleys of Ohio and the fast-paced urban landscapes of Florida, it is an effective transformational leadership strategy anywhere.
Through a blend of stories, research, and action steps, Lead the People. Change the System. delivers a framework to help you build trust, navigate crisis, and optimize both your professional and personal life.
