Pełny opis

An anthology of the finalist entries in the 2024 San Francisco Writers Foundation annual writing contest. Categories are Adult Fiction, Adult Nonfiction, Kidlit, and Poetry.

For our fourth anthology, we've seen a tone of reflection move toward one of action. Humans have learned from stories since language was invented. Storytellers guide us toward a better world. They show us how to change ourselves and the world around us. Sometimes, through self-reflection in memoirs. Sometimes, through visions of fantasy worlds or distant futures in sci-fi. Through every genre and subgenre, we write with passion and purpose. This is why the San Francisco Writers Conference has a Writing for Change track. Amplifying marginalized voices and helping them connect with the publishing industry is central to our mission.

We proudly present this collection of the 2024 Writing Contest Winners and Finalist entries for your enjoyment. This delectable sampler has something for everyone. Discover a new favorite author within.
