Hardy Jackson is a small-town lawyer who is thrust into the middle of an international conspiracy by the accidental deeds of his father in the closing days of World War II. Hardy blunders upon the Fuhrer Document, key to a Neo-Nazi plot to establish a Fourth Reich. However, a few inept moves expose his identity to the Neo-Nazi plotters. Hardy is a marked man. The feds are after him as well as Neo-Nazis. His only choice for survival is joining forces with an OSI agent to hunt down the mysterious figure code-named "Raven."
