I spent the first 27 years of my life in New York before I moved to Florida, where the weather is a lot nicer. I first developed my love for working with kids spending 7 years as a summer camp counselor. I was an elementary school teacher for over 26 years, and still kinda miss it, at least the interaction with you kids. I was also the supervisor of an after-school program and a summer camp. Those were really fun things to do while I was also teaching. I got to use my experience from summer camp to help build a fun summer camp for kids at my school.
But now I've found a new way to connect with you kids, and it's by writing books. This is my third one. And I hope it makes you smile.
