As an alternative to commercial office space, the executive office suite is gaining an increasing market share and tenants' preference. This paper is intended to give people who want to invest in or use executive office suites an idea of what the executive office suite concept is and its current landscape, especially in New Jersey. This paper gives an overview of the executive office suites and virtual office--including their definition, history, trends and industry associations. Moreover, three national executive office suites providers-Real Office Centers, Regus, The Executive Centre, and two New Jersey providers--C3 Workplaces, JuiceTank are introduced in detail as samples. A table of seventeen New Jersey local providers' profiles and some sample floor plans are attached as well. An introduction of IT solution providers and listing service providers can also be found in this paper. Based on all the information gathered, market prediction and a summary of determining success factors, some restrictions of executive office suites and some recommendation for providers are suggested in this paper.
