Excellence is Written into Existence covers multiple factors within education, from classroom management, building relationships, academic success, and distance learning. The educational sector, in some ways, mirrors the field of medicine because it is ever-changing. There are always new strategies and innovative ways to challenge us as educators. However, it is possible to become stagnant if we become unteachable. As educators, our daily expectation from students is for them to be open to receive information. We should approach our craft in the same way. No one person has all the answers. However, this next shift in the educational sector is going to take everyone coming to the table. There is a pivot that must occur, and it boasts of some much-needed upgrades in our approach to molding young minds. It will take government agencies, school boards, principals, superintendents to sit down and dialogue with those of us on the front lines, educators. Excellence is written into the divine architectural plan for the mind. We must be willing to discover it.
