Pełny opis

You know the lie. You have heard it so many times it has started to feel like the truth.

Not enough. Too much. Too broken. Too different. Too far gone.

It shows up in your relationships when you wonder if you are failing the people you love. It shows up when you scroll through someone else's life and feel the gap between where she is and where you are. It shows up when you wonder if you have done enough for God to be pleased with you. And it shows up in your darkest moments when you look at everything you have been through and wonder if you are too broken for any of this to apply to you.

Enough: 31 Days to Silencing the Lies About Your Worth does not offer easy answers or a tidy formula. It offers something better. Truth. Real truth. The kind that comes from someone who went into the hard places while writing these pages and came out the other side with something solid to hold onto.

Over 31 days you will walk through four areas where the not enough lie tends to dig in the deepest.

Week 1 looks at your relationships, the places where you wonder if you are failing as a mom, a daughter, a wife, or a friend, and where you have been carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations for far too long.

Week 2 looks at comparison, the highlight reels and the timelines and the women whose lives make you wonder what they figured out that you have not, and what it means to run your own race instead of hers.

Week 3 looks at your faith, the performance treadmill nobody told you to get on, the guilt around prayer and Bible reading and serving, and the lie that God is disappointed in you when He is actually rejoicing over you with singing.

Week 4 looks at your story, the past that gets loud, the shame that keeps you hiding, the thing you have been carrying for too long, and what brokenness tried to take from you and could not have.

And the final three days land in the place this whole book has been building toward. Not just that you are enough. But that you were always beloved. Chosen before you were born. Planned with love and tender care and intentional detail by a God who looked out on all of eternity and said the world is not complete without her.

This is not a book about becoming enough. This is a book about finally living like you already are.

Each day includes a scripture anchor, a honest 300 to 400 word reflection written from lived experience, reflection questions that will ask you to go to the real places, and a closing prayer. Weekly rest and reflect days give you space to sit with what stirred before moving forward.

This is Book 3 of the Identity in Christ Series, a 12 book devotional journey designed so women can start any month of the year. It can be read as a standalone or alongside the rest of the series.

If you are tired of the lie. If you are ready to stop performing and start receiving. If you want someone to sit across from you and tell you the truth about who God says you are without pretending it is easy to believe, this book was written for you.

You are enough. God said so before you were born and He has not changed His mind since.

It is time to start living like it.
