Extraterrestrial intelligence can exist as a superorganism controlling and creating the universe. A large organized self-replicating information system of porphyrins can function as an extraterrestrial intelligent organism. This formless mass living in space obtains its energy from the light of the stars and communicates with itself and other forms of lights by radio waves.
