COLD SHACKLES
Raymond, an immensely talented singer and
guitarist, is head-over-heels in love with Tamar, a
ravishing banker, but too shy to put his cards on her
table. While he stews in emotional torment, Lady
Fiona, the wife of an influential politician, is murdered,
and both circumstantial evidence and motive link him
with the crime. In court, Raymond's defence hangs on
the string of a weak alibi which easily snaps when the
Prosecutor goes to work on it. Later in prison waiting to
be hanged, Raymond learns that Tamar has walked
down the aisle with his accuser!
