After reading the original Bulletproof diet book, I was extremely motivated to test the Bulletproof challenge. I was initially somewhat sceptical due to the unconventional nature of some of Dave Asprey's ideas. Like putting butter in your morning coffee. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a shot, and I was incredibly impressed!
