By engaging in regular self-examinations, women can develop a familiarity with their breast structure, swiftly identify any alterations, and promptly seek medical attention if needed. While BSE does not replace the necessity of routine mammograms or clinical breast exams, it constitutes a vital aspect of breast cancer prevention and awareness.
