The book presents elementary general topology in an unconventional way. Highly influenced by the legendary ideas of R.L. Moore, the author has taught several generations of mathematics students with these materials, proving again the usefulness and simulation of the Moore method. Part 1 of the book gives a quick review of the basic definitions of the subject, interspersed with a large number of exercises, some of which are describedas theorems. No solutions of the exercises, no proofs of the theorems in Part 1. The book is a "Workbook" and students are invited to "work" independently to solve the problems and prove the theorems for themselves. As a guided tour of the subject, in particular for self learning or for preparation for teaching. Part 1 is a valuable reference completely on its own. Part 2 contains complete solutions and complete proofs.
